Spear Consulting technical writers work with the change manager, business analysts and trainers to review and update business procedures and training materials to support both pre-implementation training of staff and ongoing operations after changes have been implemented.

A key element of this role is to ensure new knowledge arising from a particular change is identified and transferred effectively to client staff responsible for the ongoing performance of impacted business processes and products.
